Meet the Team

I have been working here since the practice first opened in the Ogden area. After ten years of assisting, I got married, moved to Montana, had two beautiful children, and spent several years enjoying life as a stay-at-home mom. In 2002, my family moved back to Ogden, and I returned to the orthodontic field, working chairside before expanding my role to the front desk, public relations, and marketing.

In my spare time, I love to travel whenever I can and recently became certified in scuba diving. Besides the ocean, my favorite place on earth is our family cabin in the Uinta Mountains. I also enjoy raising bees, learning from their fascinating social behavior, and harvesting honey at the end of each season.

I started my orthodontic career as a lab technician and clinical assistant, and I’ve loved every step of the journey. I genuinely enjoy being around people and getting to know our patients and team. Working in such a positive environment alongside amazing co-workers makes every day rewarding.

When I’m not at work, one of my biggest passions is creating. I enjoy digital design, painting, and have recently taken up embroidery (it’s not just for grandmas!). I love watching a blank canvas become something beautiful and unique. I also enjoy naps, cheering on my boys at their sporting events, eating great food, and listening to true crime podcasts. My husband deserves plenty of credit for keeping up with my spunky personality!

I’m the Financial Coordinator at McKay Orthodontics, and I truly love being part of this incredible team. My co-workers make it a positive and rewarding place to work every day. I’ve worked in the dental field since 2009 and am passionate about helping patients enjoy the best experience possible throughout their orthodontic journey.

Outside of work, I’m a proud mom of four and the owner of Hick Chik, a business I’ve successfully operated for more than 25 years. I live on a small farm where I enjoy spending time with my dogs, chickens, turkeys, and lambs. Whenever I get the chance, you’ll find me outdoors, especially if there’s an opportunity to go fly fishing.

I’ve been part of the McKay Orthodontics team since October 2007, and I truly enjoy watching each patient’s smile transform throughout treatment. It’s rewarding to be part of that journey and to help patients gain confidence in their smiles.

I’m married to my high school sweetheart, and together we have three wonderful children, two amazing daughters-in-law, and three adorable grandchildren. As a family, we love camping, fishing, and riding dirt bikes together.

I’m a Clinical Assistant at McKay Orthodontics, and my favorite part of my job is getting to know our patients and watching their smiles improve with every visit. Seeing their confidence grow throughout treatment is the best part of what I do.

When I’m not at work, I love spending time with my family and friends. You’ll often find me riding four-wheelers at our family ranch, paddleboarding at the lake, or enjoying some delicious Mexican food.

Hi! I’m Bailey, one of the Clinical Assistants at McKay Orthodontics. I’ve had the opportunity to work in several orthodontic offices, allowing me to learn new techniques and stay current with the latest technology. My favorite part of orthodontics is seeing patients gain confidence in their new smiles.

I was born and raised in Utah and originally grew up in South Jordan before moving to Ogden after meeting my husband. We were married in August 2025 and share our home with two energetic fur babies who keep us busy. Outside the office, I enjoy hiking, camping, off-roading, and traveling to experience new places and adventures.
